وظایف
The scholarship review committee is an important and diverse group of volunteers who help to run the scholarship program in accordance with the pillars of this Wikimania.
وظایف اصلی اعضای شورا پیش از ویکی‌مانیای 2016 عبارتند از:
- Participation in periodic online meetings with scholarships program manager and other committee members.
- Review and edit communications material (e.g. Scholarship wiki, application questions).
- Assistance in determination of scholarship applicant requirements.
- Assurance of due consideration and speedy response time to Wikimania scholarship applications in multiple languages.
- Work with the local team.
آن‌ها بر اساس ویژگی‌های زیر انتخاب شده‌اند:
- در نوشتن به انگلیسی ارتباط با دیگران مهارت داشته باشند، یا میتوانند از اعضای بومی جامعه در ترجمه به انگلیسی کمک کنند.
- با احتیاط بوده و و بتوانند اطلاعات محرمانه‌ی متقاضیان را بررسی و نامزدها را ارزیابی کنند.
- مایل به بررسی درخواست‌های بورسیه در اواخر 2015/اوایل 2016 و صرف حدود 30 ساعت وقت باشند.
- یکی یا هر دو:
- تجربه شرکت در ویکی‌مانیا.
- داشتن اطلاعات گسترده در مورد پروژه‌های هم عرض جامعه‌ی ویکی‌مدیا.
The committee members will work remotely. The local Wikimania team cannot guarantee financial support for the committee members' travel expenses since scholarship review committee members may not apply for a scholarship themselves.

- 15 نوامبر - 6 دسامبر: آماده‌سازی شورای بورسیه
- 6 دسامبر - 9 ژانویه: زمان ارزیابی
- 11 ژانویه - 27 ژانویه: دور نخست بررسی توسط بنیاد ویکی‌مدیا
- 28 ژانویه - 18 فوریه: دور دوم بررسی توسط شورای بورسیه
- 19 فوریه - 25 فوریه: دور سوم بررسی توسط بنیاد ویکی‌مدیا
- 29 فوریه: اطلاع‌رسانی به تمام درخواست‌کنندگان
- 4 مارس: آخرین زمان برای قبول یا رد بورسیه
- 8 مارس: نام‌نویسی برای ارسال اطلاعات به بنیاد ویکی‌مدیا و غیره.

This year, we additionally want a scholarship ambassador for each major geography or language, including a representative from each entity which pays for additional scholarships; the ambassadors will be committee observers.
The scholarship review committee is an important and diverse group of volunteers who help to run the scholarship program in accordance with the pillars of this Wikimania. We encourage people from all Wikimedia wikis to apply for this position so that the committee can handle applications in many different languages.

You will be working remotely. While we hope that scholarship review committee members will enjoy Wikimania 2016 by giving significant input to it, the local team cannot guarantee financial support for the committee members' travel expenses since scholarship review committee members may not apply for a scholarship themselves.

Deadline to apply is Sunday, November 15, 2015. The local team will contact all candidates and publish the list of scholarship committee members right afterwards. Please help with translations on this page.
