Volunteers in the rooms will manage the conference venues, help the speakers set up their talk and respect the timetable, fill in the session report and share something about the session on the social networks.

Different rooms require different care. The above instructions refer to the typical User digest or Critical issues talk. Non-frontal sessions, like Trainings and Discussions, imply that you have to take care of peculiar needs. See the following pages for specific instructions:
