The meetup "Wikipedians in residence" aims to gather all Wikipedians in residence who are taking part in Wikimania 2016. These are people who are hired by an institution to facilitate the creation of Wikipedia entries related to that institution and its mission, or otherwise promote the relationship between the institution and the Wikimedia community.

Brief presentations by each Wikipedian in residence about their host institution and their activities there
Brainstorming about how we could benefit each other
Taking a group photograph to better illustrate the Wikipedian in residence articles in the future (we'll need someone to take it for us, though)
Occasion for informal conversations
